Position: Cloud Enablement Analyst

  • Work directly with the Director, Sales Operations to improve and develop business critical reports and processes.
  • Support contract execution process.
  • Assist with data integrity by monitoring information contained in sales database and project management system.
  • Contribute to project plans for Cloud Enablement team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, skills and experience you possess:

  • Strong communication and validation skills. Evidence of staying in alignment with business sponsor, stakeholders, and management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Document Control practices
  • 1+ years experience using Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for ensuring a positive user experience
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with reporting strategies, concepts and development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Investigative and critical thinking skills
  • Energized by solving complex problems in collaborative environment
  • Ability to prioritize among competing demands
  • Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office
