Position Title:

Technical Account Manager –  ( TAM )

 Expertise you bring:

A Technical Account Manager (TAM) owns account management, leadership and problem resolution for our clients from beginning to end. They work with enterprise level customers to manage their cloud environment and build lasting relationships. TAMs provide world class support to ensure that we continue to exceed our customer’s expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and delivering exceptional operation support to clients
Manage all customer issues and escalations end to end
Work with the customer and internal teams to manage the customer’s environment and requests
Responsible for organizing, maintaining and prioritizing customer requirements and needs
Collaborate with numerous departments within 2nd Watch to provide comprehensive information and support to our clients
Translate and communicate highly technical requests and solutions between our customers and the internal team
Coordinate and manage numerous activities and priorities in support of the customer and internal process

Education, skills and experience you possess:

Business, IT or Computer Science degree preferred
3-5 years operations experience
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Exceptional documentation skills required to capture client communication, project timelines and deliverables.
Desire to continue learning new technology, specifically in the cloud space
Thrives in a fast paced, transformative environment
Extensive customer service experience
Ability to proactively manage customer requests and expectations
A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate degree, MBA, or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Project Management, or in Programming/Engineering
Cloud experience preferred
